There are several ways to manage scheduled reminders. The first is through the Inbox, where you can manage or cancel a scheduled reminder to an individual. The second is to create a Campaign. Once created, you can define send parameters and schedule. Currently, the only way to cancel a scheduled reminder is to delete it from an individual conversation via the Inbox.
