Opt-In / Opt-Out Support

Automatic management of “Opt-In” and “Opt-Out” text messaging.

Per Sakari’s Terms and Conditions, all companies are required to comply with wireless carrier compliance laws. One of the key requirements in ensuring that all recipients of your message have opted in to receiving messages from your campaign.
Sakari makes the easy, by automatically tracking each of your contacts. When your first message is sent to a new contact, the following text will be included in the message:
Welcome to [Account Name]. Msg&data rates may apply. [Message frequency] Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
If a contact replies with a “STOP” message, the contact will automatically be flagged in your contacts with a red “!” and no messages can be delivered to them.  If the contact opts back in, the contacts status will be updated and text messages can resume.
